Your Meta-Coach cannot make decisions for you, set specific values or goals or hold you to them. Meta-Coaching requires your personal accountability, action and honesty. Think about it: Someone could certainly give you their opinion or tell you what to do; but then you wouldn't be armed with the tools to reach the next level or tackle new challenges.
Meta-Coaching is also not therapy; our goals are not to discuss past issues in depth. While you may gain significant insight into yourself through the process, Meta-Coaching focuses on your future.
